Welcome to Sage Therapy and Wellness!

As a holistic therapist, I believe that true healing involves caring for the whole self: mind, body, and spirit. My approach blends a person-centered philosophy with trauma informed care. I focus heavily on creating a safe and collaborative space where you can explore your challenges and rediscover your inner wisdom. With over ten years of experience, I help adults heal from relational and attachment trauma so they can feel safe in themselves and in relationships. I also heavily work with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, struggles with life transitions and those who are looking for a deeper understanding of themselves.

In our work together, I’ll honor your story while helping you build tools for resilience, self-awareness, and growth. I see therapy as a partnership, one where curiosity, compassion, and practical strategies come together to support meaningful change. My goal is not just to help you cope, but to help you thrive, aligned with your values and your vision for life.

Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about live music, standup comedy, hiking, and spending as much time as I can at the beach. I also enjoy reading, strength training and playing video games to the worst of my ability.
