With over ten years of experience, I help adults heal from depression, anxiety and relational and attachment trauma so they can feel safe in themselves and in relationships.

Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about live music, standup comedy, hiking, and spending as much time as I can at the beach. I also enjoy reading, strength training and playing video games to the worst of my ability.
