I have over ten years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life transitions, with a particular passion for working with adults who have experienced trauma and those navigating times of change.

Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about live music, standup comedy, hiking, and spending as much time as I can at the beach. I also enjoy reading, strength training and playing video games to the worst of my ability.
